My stay at this hotel was like a scene from Casablanca itself - full of charm and character. The rooms, unfortunately, were not the cleanest and seemed to have unwanted guests in the form of cockroaches. The service, although a bit slow due to a staff member having a headache, was helpful and courteous. The location was ideal for exploring the medina and Hassan 2 Mosque, despite some noise in the area. However, the dining was not conveniently located and had limited options. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
